High-performance commercial rubber flooring in both interlocking tiles and roll formats for glue-down installation. Interlocking tiles are especially popular for their ease of installation and flexibility. Glue-down rolls provide a more permanent solution for larger areas needing a seamless, long-lasting surface.
Glue-Down Commercial Vinyl Plank
Glue-down vinyl plank flooring is a reliable, versatile choice for both commercial and residential spaces. Designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and rolling loads, it's especially popular in offices where durability and long-term performance are essential. Individual planks can be replaced if damaged, making maintenance straightforward.
Glue-down vinyl planks use a pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to hold firmly but release when needed. As a result, slight lifting or edge curling can occur over time — this is normal for this product category.
Homogeneous & Heterogeneous Sheet Goods
Homogeneous sheet flooring is made from a single, solid layer with color and pattern running all the way through — extremely durable and ideal for hospitals, schools and commercial buildings.
Heterogeneous sheet flooring features multiple layers, including a printed design layer on top, allowing a wide variety of colors, textures and realistic patterns like wood, stone or tile.
Both types can reveal imperfections in the subfloor beneath if it's uneven ("telegraphing") — proper subfloor prep is key. Seams are present in all sheet installations but are sealed to reduce visibility and moisture intrusion.
VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile)
A highly durable option made from a blend of vinyl and natural limestone. VCT is known for its toughness, making it ideal for high-traffic areas like churches, commercial restaurants and other busy environments. It requires routine stripping and waxing to keep it looking its best, but its resilience and long lifespan make it a strong long-term investment.
Epoxy Coatings
A strong, durable coating applied over concrete surfaces, creating a smooth, glossy finish. Proper surface prep is critical to ensure a strong bond. Epoxy comes in basic fleck designs and can also be customized for a marbled or decorative effect. We've installed epoxy in garages, basements and light commercial spaces where its durability and appearance are especially valued.
