Commercial Flooring
At Amazing Floors, we’ve provided high-quality flooring solutions for a variety of commercial spaces, including school gyms, classrooms, office spaces, gyms, and restaurants. With years of experience, we deliver durable, functional, and stylish flooring tailored to meet the unique needs of each environment. Whether it's high-traffic areas or specialized settings, we ensure every installation is done right for long-lasting performance.
Commercial Carpet

We specialize in a wide range of commercial flooring options designed to withstand the demands of high-traffic environments. Our selection includes broadloom carpet, direct glue-down solutions, and modular carpet tiles—each offering long-lasting performance, design flexibility, and easy maintenance.

Commercial carpet is a popular choice for its sound absorption, comfort underfoot, and ability to enhance the aesthetics of offices, schools, churches, and institutional spaces. Carpet tiles, in particular, offer practical advantages such as easy replacement and layout versatility.

However, it’s important to consider that commercial carpet, while durable, may show wear over time in extremely high-traffic areas. Stains can also be more difficult to remove compared to hard surface flooring, and routine cleaning is essential to maintain appearance and hygiene.

With extensive experience in commercial installations, we've successfully completed projects across a wide range of sectors. Our team understands the unique priorities of commercial spaces—from durability and safety to acoustic needs and budget considerations. Whether you're outfitting a small office or a large facility, we deliver professional results you can trust.
Rubber Gym Flooring

We offer high-performance commercial rubber flooring in both interlocking tiles and roll formats for glue-down installation. Designed to withstand heavy use, rubber flooring is an excellent choice for gyms, fitness centers, weight rooms, and even home workout areas.
Rubber floors provide superior durability, help reduce noise, and offer excellent shock absorption—making them ideal for spaces with heavy equipment or high-impact activity.
Interlocking rubber tiles are especially popular for their ease of installation and flexibility. They can be moved, replaced, or reconfigured as needed, making them perfect for evolving or multi-use spaces. Glue-down rolls provide a more permanent solution, ideal for larger areas needing a seamless, long-lasting surface.
From commercial gyms to personal training studios and home fitness rooms, we’ve installed rubber flooring in all types of environments. Let us help you find the right option to match your performance needs and budget.
Vinyl Glue Down (Commercial Plank)

Glue-down vinyl plank flooring is a reliable and versatile choice for both residential and commercial spaces. Designed to withstand heavy foot traffic and rolling loads, it’s especially popular in office environments where durability and long-term performance are essential.
One major benefit is that individual planks can be easily replaced if damaged, making maintenance straightforward and cost-effective.

It’s important to note that glue-down vinyl planks use a pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to hold firmly but also release if needed. As a result, slight lifting or edge curling of planks can occur over time—this is a normal characteristic of this type of flooring and doesn’t necessarily indicate a problem.
If you’re planning to update or redesign your office or commercial space, our professional team is here to help with layout advice and product recommendations. We also collaborate with vendors offering full-room design services and vibrant color options tailored to schools, churches, and other specialized environments.
Homogenous Sheet Goods

Homogeneous vs. Heterogeneous Sheet Goods

We offer both homogeneous and heterogeneous sheet flooring, each designed to meet different needs in commercial spaces.
Homogeneous sheet flooring is made from a single, solid layer of material with color and pattern running all the way through. This makes it extremely durable and ideal for high-traffic environments such as hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings. It’s easy to maintain and holds up well over time—even as it naturally wears.

Pros:
-
Exceptional durability and wear resistance
-
Color and pattern won’t fade or wear off
-
Resistant to denting and impact damage
-
Easy to clean and maintain
-
Less noticeable seams due to consistent material
Cons:
-
Limited design options and textures
-
Can show telegraphing (imperfections from the subfloor) if the subfloor isn’t perfectly smooth
-
Slightly firmer underfoot compared to layered options
Heterogeneous sheet flooring features multiple layers, including a printed design layer on top, allowing for a wide variety of colors, textures, and realistic patterns like wood, stone, or tile. It balances style with durability, making it a popular choice where appearance and function matter.
Pros:
-
Wide range of styles and textures
-
Can mimic natural materials with realistic designs
-
Often includes enhanced wear layers for durability
-
Typically offers good dent and impact resistance
Cons:
-
The printed top layer may wear or fade over time
-
More visible seams compared to homogeneous flooring
-
Can be more prone to telegraphing if subfloor imperfections exist
-
Slight risk of denting under heavy or sharp impacts
Additional Considerations
Both types of sheet flooring can reveal imperfections in the subfloor beneath if it’s uneven—a phenomenon called telegraphing. Proper subfloor preparation is key to minimizing this. Additionally, seams are present in all sheet flooring installations but are typically sealed to reduce visibility and moisture intrusion.
Most commercial sheet flooring is supplied in smaller roll sizes, which makes handling and installation easier—especially in tight or complex spaces.

Our experienced team can guide you in choosing between homogeneous and heterogeneous sheet flooring based on your project’s durability requirements, design preferences, and budget.
VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile)

Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) is a highly durable flooring option made from a blend of vinyl and natural limestone. It’s known for its toughness, making it ideal for high-traffic areas like churches, commercial restaurants, and other busy environments.

While VCT requires routine maintenance, including stripping and waxing to keep it looking its best, its resilience and long lifespan make it a great investment. This flooring can withstand heavy use, and regular maintenance helps preserve its appearance and extend its durability.

We've installed VCT in many commercial spaces, from churches to restaurants, where long-lasting performance and ease of maintenance are essential.
Epoxy

Epoxy flooring is a strong, durable coating applied over concrete surfaces, creating a smooth, glossy finish. However, proper surface preparation is crucial to ensure a strong bond, as the concrete needs to be clean and properly prepped before application.

While epoxy is highly durable, it can begin to flake or chip over time, especially in areas with heavy foot traffic or impact. It typically comes in basic fleck designs, but it can also be customized to achieve a marbled or decorative effect for a more unique look.

We’ve installed epoxy flooring in various spaces, with garages and basements being some of the most common areas where its durability and aesthetic appeal are especially valued.
