I had a living room hardwood floor refinished, from beginning to end this experience was so very pleasant I worked with Jeff to set up appointments, but was also helped by whomever I talked to at the shop. Someone was always available. They were in constant contact with start times and all workers were on time every day. The work was done timely and the floor looks AMAZING ( pun intended). I would highly recommend if you are looking to get floors refinished these are the people to call. The price was fair as well. I got an appointment for an estimate visit in 2 days, and less than a week later came to do the job. I had two staircases with worn finish, which they scraped and sanded down to bare wood. Then stained and put 3 coats of finish.
